Left out

I'm out with my friends all laughing and having "fun", but for me it's not fun at all. I feel as if I don't fit in. This was my group of friends that I trust with everything. They keep secrets from me and they lie straight to my face. They have inside jokes that I don't know what they are talking about. We all are supposed to be hanging out together. They hang out without me and have new stuff to talk about when I'm there and I don't know whats going on. They were supposed to be my friends, but every time I'd try to talk or speak up they push me out with their words. Sending me into the corner not physically, but mentally. I'd sit there in silence while they talk away. When we would go out I would be by myself or talking with the adults. They'd have so much fun together and wonder why I was quiet. They'd ask and I would say it's nothing, but in reality I didn't want to be there anymore. I wanted to feel like I was wanted somewhere not just a ghost. I soon stopped hanging out with these people and felt sad I never told anyone what I told them. They knew my whole life, well almost. Anyway the parents noticed it. They were always together and I was alone. The parents even liked me hanging out with their kid more because I was "a good influence". I soon was alone in the world.

The pregnancy project

The book I am reading is "The pregnancy project" By: Gaby Rodriguez. The main character is Gabriella "Gaby" Rodriguez. Her family has a long history of pregnancies at young ages and usually the dad leave the mother of the child. But, Gaby on the other hand wants different she wishes to strive for more. Most of her immediate family believes she's their last hope except for the second to youngest child who is stubborn and unfit as a mother. Gaby's mother made lots and lots of mistakes, but the only difference with her is that she can support her choices. Even though she's struggling with financial issues she finds a way to take care of all her kids and even there kids. Gaby has a boyfriend and she does very well in school. She also pushes her boyfriend to strive for more even though he's a lot older than her. He takes her advice and ends up graduating only a year late. Gaby is a good kid she ditched her old friends because they git into drinking and smoking. Bas u caly she dropped them because they were bad influences. Currently in the book is the life of Gaby, but in the beginning it was mostly about her family.

I am going to do a character analysis on Gaby's mom. Gaby's mom is a very strong woman. I say that because she has had a rough life. In the first chapter it tells about how she did everything in the house and didn't finish school. Also her husband was a cheater, then her next boyfriend asked her and another woman to marry him. Her mom had her kids taken from her because when the wife and husband split he filed for full custody of the kids and for a couple years they ended up splitting up. The dad found another woman and took the youngest child and left. The mother spent years trying to get them back and when she finally did they hated her because they thought she was the one who left them. When she was the one who actually wanted them and she loved them with all her heart. Now they use it against her too make her cry and feel bad. Also to get what ever they want from her and she'll do it even if she's in the worst situation she'll give them money when ever and buy them stuff. That's why I think Gaby's mom is strong.

Blog on Titanic: A journey through time (newest blog)

I am doing my blog on my newest book "Titanic a journey through time. It is by John P. Eaton and Charles A. Haas. It is about the ship Titanic, it's crew and it's history. Titanic was the biggest ship ever. Tragically as it hit/struck an ice berg one day/night it sunk. Many people who boarded the Titanic died sadly their corpses and belongings under the ocean but in paradise. The ship Titanic had 3 main floors for the passengers first class second class and third class. Obviously the first class was for rich people, the second for middle class citizens, and the last floor for the poor who could not afford the luxury of first class, but still wished to board the brand new ship known as Titanic. The first class was really expensive, but it was good quality. There was limited amount of lifeboats that fit not so many people so some fought. They saved a lot of people, but not enough thousands of people died that night in freezing cold water. Some died from freezing to death, some from drowning, some probably even sharks. When the Titanic skimmed the ice berg it took off a couple bolts and stuff on the bottom. Water started pouring in as fast as it could. First the bottom part of the ships next the third floor, then second, and last comes first. People panicked in fear that they were going to die which some were. The lifeboats that did make it to safety went back to rescue as much people as they could. Sadly on the way back some died. This was the Titanic's first and last voyage besides the test runs and practices. I'm saying first with real passengers.

Late blog #1

I am going to do this blog on my new book instead of the old one.  My new book is "Where she went" by: Gale Forman. Well, Mia now smokes and she is doing better. She has to take anxiety pills now and then. She says that the anxiety is usual. She doesn't talk as much or is as happy. She says that she feels lonely. The band had already left on the plane and Mia decided to stay back; only because of the fact that it was Friday the Thirteenth. She didn't want to jinx her luck. Anyway, not a lot id going on so far except the fact that she's going on tour and the new replacements are not the same as her old one.

I think that Mia is brave and strong. I think this because in this book compared to the first one she looks as if she is recovering. It's still in the back of her mind, but she is doing better. I say that she's brave because she chose to stay alive and she is living her life with meaning. She's doing it for her family and for herself. Mia is doing tours and she has a band.  She has really bad anxiety and she takes pills for it. Mia has friends, but she is lonesome. She feels lonely, yet she has many people around her. She feels alone even though she has people that care about her. That is why I think she is brave and strong.

Blogggg

Ok, so I am reading "Where she went" By: Gayle Forman. It is the second book in the series of If I stay. This Is kind of a spoiler, but in the last book the main character, Mia chose to stay. He had lost her brother, and her parents. But she did have her grandparents and her boyfriend. Her and her family had got into a car accident while going to one of Mia's 'concerts'. By the way she play the Cello and she was filling out applications to go to a school of her dreams. It was in the winter and the snow & ice was all over the road. The car went gliding everywhere and they lost control. then the parents died on the scene and the brother and Mia were in the hospital. Mia was like a ghost and she got to choose whether she lived or died. While she was in the hospital she was visited by many and the same for her brother. Then her brother died in the hospital and she was aware. She had got accepted into the school of her dreams and her grandfather told her that it was okay whatever she chose, her boyfriend on the other hand said to stay. Anyway now she is indeed alive and living her life out with this traumatic/dramatic/tragic memory.

I just started reading this book and I will be analyzing Mia. Mia is a very intelligent and brave girl. I say this because of the fact that she chose to live without her immediate family. She still is sad about what happened and it will stay with her forever but everyday she gives herself a pep talk. She gets talked about a lot and they name her. She takes pills that are I guess for anti-anxiety. Anxiety is like when you're scared or worried and it's not like normal scared it's like stage fright.

Weekly blog on Crazy

Jason sits in his room working on overdue work to catch up in school. Suddenly he hears a scream; not just any a "bloodcurdling, hair-standing-on-end scream". It was coming from his father's room. Jason gets up and runs to his dad's room, he sees blood on the window where he was standing, blood on the violin, and blood on the bed. It seemed like it was everywhere. His finds his father under the bed. His dad had started up again today. It seems as if his dad cut off his fingers, but he didn't they were just bleeding. He says it was the furies. He pulls out his hair, then Jason tried to pull him out from underneath he gets kicked in the face. Blood gushing Jason got cold water on his face. After that incident Jason helps his dad clean up.

I'm going to analyze Jason again, partially because I'm slowly finding out more about him. He still hears those voices, but sometimes he hears his mom. Like what happened with his dad he heard his mom say everything was going to be ok. I think that Jason is a very caring person. He doesn't have a lot, but he takes really good care of the things he does have; for instance his father. Jason is slowly starting to change, because in the beginning of the book he was a really shy kid. But now he is different; in a good way.

Crazy blog

I am still currently reading "Crazy" By: Han Nolan. After the first summary I'm going to leave off from there. In the first blog I talked about when Jason's dad tried to bury him in the front lawn; well now his mother recently died and Jason isn't doing so good in school. Now he is starting to get noticed more by other students and he doesn't like it very much. In his honors english class he spells captain like "Cap'n". He does this in all his essays it's a habit; a really bad one and it drives his teacher crazy. So he has to see his teacher after class. He also dates his papers with the wrong dates. He has to visit who I think is the school councilor Dr. Gomez. Jason starts to go to Doctor Gomez regularly and I think he's starting to like/open up to Shelby. Shelby seems like a really nice person and clumsy too!

Jason had an aha moment. He had an aha moment when he started talking to Shelby. He had finally been talking to people. Making friends and being social. The things that might change are being lonely. Maybe since he is going to the therapist and talking to people the voices in his head might disappear. Things might start to get better and his dad will probably also get better. Maybe this little change in the story might change the whole perspective. I learned that the conflict is man vs. self. I know this because at this time he goes against himself in thought.
